All the focus in the coming confirmation battles will be on abortion and other such hot-button issues. But for bloggers and journalists, where the next U.S. Supreme Court juctice stands on media law issues might be of more immediate professional interest.

The Reporters’ Committee for Freedom of the Press has prepared a nice little summary of where Supreme Court nominee John Roberts stands on press freedom issues — and they are concerned.
