The Today programme had some segments on the Freedom of Information Act this morning, including the implications for businesss (RealAudio) and an interview with Information Commissioner Richard Thomas (RealAudio), te official charged with enforcing the new openness law.

Thomas said there is no hard evidence of the allegations that government shredders are running hot before tonight’s deadline.
