Which? editor Neil Fowler talks about the extraordinary trust that the not-for profit consumer advice magazine enjoys among its readers, who will make major buying decisions like washing machines by explicitly trusting its research to determine the best one.
Fowler says the Which? web site has 170,000 paying subscribers to add to the 517,000 print subscribers.
