Indeed, it is the weekly magazine style intranet page for BBC English Regions New Media. It carries development news, divisional updates, and links to examples of best practise. There was a link to you in there the other day because there was no "journalist's blogroll" page on the Press Gazette site. Hope that clears it up! :-)
