		<description>Of course, one possible strategy would be to hire bloggers as contractors, or find journalists with blogging experience (there are some of those out there) and hire them. Surely a blogger would know a little bit more about the blogosphere and be able to operate in that milieu. It&#039;s a bit like hiring a tv reporter to do tv reporter work. you don&#039;t hire a newspaper reporter to do it.</description>
