New Joint Intelligence Committee chairman named

The new head of the Joint Intelligence Committee and Security and Intelligence Coordinator in the Cabinet Office is Sir Richard Mottram.
He replaces Bill Jeffrey, who will now be Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence.
