Brussels governor Veronique Paulus de Chatelet has said the seat of the European Union is under-prepared for a terrorist attack. Just 22 of the city’s 68 tube stations have emergency plans in place, and many so-called “soft targets” also have no emergency plans, she told Flemish radio.

I can believe that. I work in the EU institutions in Brussels. Also seems to me to be a soft target. Security seems pretty lax.
